I am a medical officer. At 10 am. on 25.3.32 I performed a

post-mortem on the body of a Chinese male, in presence of

Insp. Rozeskwy and Fung Chung. Fung Chung identified the body

as that of his brother. I found a punctured wound, bullet

type, on the back of the ckest, near the lower angle of the

left scapula, diameter 5 m.m. It was surmounted by an area

of abrasion about 3.5 m.m. and below a bruising of 4 main e

On front two bruises near left nipple. On reflection I found

a bullet. It was similar to Exh. Cause of death,

haemorrhage and shock from the bullet wound.

Death about 12 ours before. Shot from at least

3 feet. I handed the bullet to the Inspector.
